You can choose from a range of flavours, including classic fruit cake, chocolate mud cake (a particular favourite!), chocolate orange cake, chocolate hazelnut cake, chocolate cherry cake, madeira cake, carrot cake, lemon madeira or coconut cake. Or why not have each tier in a different flavour?
